SUBSTANCE: method comprises changing the direction of flow of a portion of the liquid inside the pipeline, pumping the liquid flow through the device for mixing, and analyzing the parameters of the flow by means of a device for analyzing parameters of the flow. The housing of the device for mixing is mounted on the section of the pipeline in which the flow changes its direction. The variation of the liquid flow direction is transformed into the zone of mixing with the use of turbulence. The device comprises pipeline member that changes the direction of the flow in the pipeline, mixing device, sampling device, and device for analyzing the parameters of the flow. The housing of the mixing device is made of the pipeline member that changes the direction of the flow in the pipeline. The mixing device is mounted in the pipeline in the section close to the longitudinal axis of the pipeline. The surface of the mixing device that faces the liquid flow is provided with the inlet area that is equal to or exceeds the maximum area of the cross-section of the mixing device.
