FIELD: equipment for grinding of bulk materials, milling of grain and other cereals.
SUBSTANCE: roll has cast iron barrel with outer layer of alloyed white iron and inner layer of gray iron including flaked graphite. Irons are modified with ferrosilicobarium alloys used in an amount of 0.1-0.3 wt%. Thickness ratio of outer working layer and inner layer of roll barrel is 1:1-4.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of delivered product.
