FIELD: foundry, at production of two-layer castings with wear-resistant external layer by the centrifugal casting method. SUBSTANCE: application of coating onto ingot mould and successive pouring of white alloy cast and grey cast irons in it; prior to pouring, white cast iron is inoculated by niobium-titanium-copper alloying composition (0.1 to 0.3 % of the mass of poured white cast iron); at the same time from the beginning of pouring of white cast iron and up to the end of its crystallization the inner space of the ingot mould is blown down by compressed air or inert gas, and grey cast iron of the internal layer is inoculated before pouring in mould by silicomishmetal ( 0.8 to 1.2 % of the mass of poured grey cast iron), the alloying composition contains niobium, titanium and copper in relation 1:1:1, and silicomishmetal contains 30 to 60% of the sum of rare-earth metals.
