SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for folding and unfolding crane boom articulated members. In proposed device folding/unfolding drive has double-acting jack arranged in middle vertical plane of boom, being hinge-connected by its first end through horizontal axle with rear member of boom at level of upper chord or upper chords of truss of said member, and leverage. Said leverage consists of straight lever hinge-connected at one side by horizontal axle with second end of jack, and at other side, by horizontal axle with rear part of front member of boom in lower part of said member, and angle level hinge-connected at one side by horizontal axle with second end of jack, and at other side, by horizontal axle with front part of rear member of boom in lower part of said member.

EFFECT: improved convenience in operation.
