FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed crane has side- folding load-lifting boom and mast. Load-lifting boom is hinge-coupled with top of mast. Axis of boom-to-mast top joint is arranged at angle relative to direction square to middle vertical plane passing through longitudinal axes of mast and boom when they are in rigged out state. Load-lifting boom is formed by three articulated members arranged in tandem and coupled to each other. These members are: boom base, intermediate member of boom and top of boom. Boom base and intermediate member of boom are hinge-coupled at level of their lower load-bearing chords being installed for relative rotation around hinge axle arranged at angle equal to half of indicated acute angle of tilting of load0lifting boom-to mast top hinge to make intermediate member of boom and top of boom occupy side position relative to folded mast of lift crane when crane is in folded position. Lift crane is furnished with mechanism to fold down and ring out the system and devices for folding and unfolding of lift boom members. Intermediate member of boom and boom top are hinge-coupled at level of their load-bearing chords for relative rotation around hinge axis whose direction is square to vertical plane of load-lifting boom. Crane is furnished with additional device for folding the top relative to intermediate member of boom, this device being located between base of boom and top of boom.
