FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: lifting crane has folding mast with lower and upper parts, boom hinge-connected with mast top and held in preset position by boom guy connected with top of boom rigid post, and rear holding arrangement connecting top of boom rigid post with rear portion of slewing chassis which carries crane counterweight or balance weight. Boom guy is formed by several rigidly hinge-connected members. Holding arrangement is formed by lower rigid member, with flexible cable extension in its upper portion and connected by tie-rid with lower portion of crane mast. Power cylinder couples both parts of crane mast. EFFECT: possibility of automatic folding of crane for transportation. 11 cl, 6 dwg
