FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: claimed (first) composition contains (mass %): liquid glass or siliconephosphate binder 55.0-65.0; kaolin 11.0-13.0; chalk 6.0-12.0; alkali 0.01-0.5; aluminum powder 0.1-0.5; expanded vermiculite 9.0-14.0; fly ash 7.0-9.0. In one embodiment fire-retardant barricade for cable drivage was obtained by forming in drivage a three-layer construction., wherein intermediate layer is made from the first composition and external layers are made from the second composition containing (mass %): liquid glass or siliconephosphate binder 55.0-65.0; kaolin 7.0-11.0; chalk 9.0-13.0; expanded vermiculite 8.0-13.0; fly ash 8.0-10.0. In other embodiment fire-retardant barricade for cable drivage was obtained by forming in drivage a three-layer construction, wherein intermediate layer is made from mineral cotton plate and external layers are made from the second composition. In both variants barricade has thickness of at least 300 mm, and external layers in dry state have depth of 1.8-2.2 mm. To obtain a drivage cable surface in a distance from barricade of 500 mm is daubed with second composition or third composition containing (mass %) acrylate dispersion 11.0-33.0; pentaerythritol 1.8-21.8; titanium dioxide 0.2-5.0; melamine 3.7-22.0; ammonium polyphosphate 13.5-33.5; additionally ethylene glycol 0.2-10.0; glycerol as flame retardant 0.2-3.0; cellulose ester 0.1-5.0; plasticizer 1.0-3.5; and balance: water. Composition of present invention is useful for cavity filling, namely cable drivage in building constructions, such as tunnels etc, to limit flame expansion. Invention provides fire resistance limit for at least 1.5 h.
EFFECT: increased fire-retardant efficiency of cable drivage due to improved fire resistance.
