FIELD: building materials, in particular fire-retardant materials.
SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains (mass %): cement 47.0-64.0; expanded vermiculite as light filler 5.5-12.5; hydroxypropylcellulose 0.5-1.1; calcium chloride as curing promoter 1.5-3.0; mica (e.g., mica-phlogopite) 5.5-16.0; additionally calcium hydroxide 1.4-6.9; aluminum powder 0.05-0.15; and balance: chalk. Composition of present invention is useful in fire-retardant coats for metal construction, preferably bridges.
EFFECT: composition with improved fire-retardant efficiency, absence of shrinking deformations, increased corrosion resistance, and high heat insulating properties.
