SUBSTANCE: the method includes incubation of analyzed sample of blood serum with a conjugate hapten - macromolecular carrier immobilized upon a solid phase followed by incubation of developed immune complex with a conjugate of antibodies against enzyme-labeled human immunoglobulins M and G, and detection of the level of specific antibodies by the difference of optic density values of analyzed sample against analogous values of standard ones both with and without narcotic substances contained in blood serum followed by establishing the fact for the intake of narcotic substances in case of coincidence or prevailing the level of antibodies in analyzed and standard samples. The method deals with applying a conjugate, where hapten is being a derivative of metabolite of analyzed narcotic substance, and molecular carrier has been chosen out of the row of poly- or oligoacrylates, ovalbumin and lysozyme, at the ratio of hapten : macromolecular carrier in mol.% being (3-12):1. The method enables to detect increased number of persons with the intake of narcotic substances.
