SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the medicine, particularly to diagnostics. Natural antibodies to opioid peptides, biogenic amines and peptides of renin-angiotensin system are determined by the method of enzyme-linked immunoassay in blood serosity. Tested sample is incubated with haptene conjugate: macro-molecular carrier, immobilised in the solid phase, then formed immune complex is incubated with antibodies conjugate against immunoglobulin class M and G of human, enzyme-labeled, provided that conjugate, in which haptene refers to the group of opioid peptides and macro-molecular carrier has protein and polymeric origin, is used as conjugate, then aptitude index is calculated by division of the difference of optical density values of the analised sample with similar values of the check sample by optical density value of the check sample and when absolute value of the index is more than 0.25 then high aptitude to diseases of dependence is confirmed.
EFFECT: there is proposed method of safe determining aptitude to diseases of wide range dependence: to taking medicine, drugs, alcohol, gambling games, food etc.
