FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and describes a method for lateral flow immunochromatography for determination of narcotic drugs in the oral fluid in a person, while the method includes collecting oral fluid by a collector and then applying it to a test strip containing sequentially arranged zones: an At-tag conjugate containing specific antibodies to the drug, labeled with gold; a test containing immobilized conjugates analyte : ovalbumin; and a control containing anti-species antibodies; with the subsequent determination of the validity of the test by observing the presence of a colored band in the control zone, and determining the presence of a drug in the oral fluid by observing the appearance of a colored band in the test zone, and an analyte is used as a conjugate: a protein obtained by the carbodiimide method from the macromolecular carrier ovalbumin, as an analute haptens that are derivatives of narcotic substances (morphine, amphetamine, cocaine and tetrahydrocannabinol), containing a spacer with a carboxyl group with a ratio of the number of moles of hapten per protein molecule equal to 12-15, are used, and as a conjugate of the At-label, monoclonal antibodies to the studied drug antigens are used, obtained by hybridomic technology based on conjugated antigens obtained from the macromolecular carrier of bovine serum albumin and the above haptens, derivatives of narcotic substances. Described is possibility of multianalytic immunochromatographic determination of opiates.

EFFECT: method provides increased sensitivity, expressiveness and time for saving test results.
