FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. A laparotomy is followed by mobilising the skin and subcutaneous fat of the abdominal wall. An anterior leaf of a sheath of the rectus abdominis muscle, the abdominal muscle and its posterior leaf are transacted transversally within the intestine exteriorisation. Portions of the rectus muscle are displaced and anchored, thereby forming a wide window in a musculo-aponeurotic layer of the abdominal wall. The mobilised skin with subcutaneous fat is displaced into the window. An opening is formed in the skin and subcutaneous fat; an intestinal loop is brought out through the above opening and fixed with a tube through the mesentery.

EFFECT: method enables keeping the intestinal segment fixed at depth by an inflammatory filtration and adhesions in place and bringing a stoma opening of the abdominal wall thereto; it also reduces a risk of intestinal stoma migration, eliminates the mesenteric tension of the exteriorised intestine and prevents disturbed circulation.
