FIELD: filters of scrubbing of gases.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the filters of gases scrubbing and humidifying and may be used for air scrubbing of spaces of industrial and accommodation premises from a dust, odors and the air moistening. The gas scrubber-humidifier contains a body 1 with an inlet aperture 2 and outlet aperture 3, a bath 4 for a liquid. A fan 5 with the drive 6 are connected to the inlet aperture 2 of the body 1. Filtering members are made in the form of driving and driven disks correspondingly 7 and 8 on shafts 9, bound with a motion transfer mechanism 10 to them with a drive. The control unit 11 is linked with the drive 6, with the motion transfer mechanism 10. The butt surfaces 12 of discs 7, 8 are supplied with studs 13 located with a positive allowance from each other. Studs 14 having a smooth external surface are radially located on a cylindrical surface 15 of discs 8 with a positive allowance from each other. The drive 6 rotates the fan 5. which sucks a dusty gas through inlet aperture 2 and directs it to the filtering members made in the form of discs 7, 8. At rotation surfaces of discs 7, 8 are periodically dipped into the liquid of the bath 4, and at coming out of the liquid they are blasted by the dusty gas. At that the dust adheres to the wet surfaces of the discs 7, 8. At entering into a liquid a dust from discs 7, 8 will be washed off. The availability of studs 13, 14 on butt and cylindrical surfaces 12, 15 of discs 8 increases area of surface to contact the dust particles in an airflow. Studs 13, 14 are stirring a stream of a dusty air, create a turbulence in the space between discs 8, increase the speed a stream near the surface of the discs 8, that also increases probability of a dust contact with the discs 8 and studs 13, 14 dust settling surface. At that the studs 13, 14 also are cleaned from the stuck dust corpuscles at entry in a liquid. The invention allows to increase efficiency of clearing of the dusty gas and to improve clearing (regeneration) of the filtering members and their parts during the filter operation.
