METHOD FOR EXTRACTION OF LIFTING PIPES COLUMN FROM A WELL Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes collapsing upper portion of fountain armature, mounting suspended branch pipe with sleeve for being held by elevator, mounting elevator below sleeve of upper lifting pipe, unloading lifting pipe column onto elevator, turning off lifting pipes. After collapsing upper portion of fountain armature pipe catcher is lowered inside lifting pipes column on drilling pipe and then is connected inside lifting pipes column. Pipe catcher with lifting pipes column on it is then raised for value, enough to screw off holder of lifting column. Holder of lifting pipes is detached and column is unloaded onto packer. Pipe catcher is detached and extracted from well on drilling pipe. Lifting pipes holder is extracted from crosspiece of fountain armature. Suspension branch pipe with sleeve for being held by elevator is lowered into well, and screwed on uppermost lifting pipe. Lifting pipes column is pulled upwards with concurrent rightward rotation and then lifting pipes column is disconnected from packer. After that lifting pipes column is raised from the well.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
