FIELD: infantry ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: cartridge has a case with a mouth, a primer-igniter, a throwing powder charge and a bullet with a covering and a steel core consisting of a packet of rings. In the covering a bearing sleeve is installed. In the center of the bearing sleeve a decelerator with a charge and an incendiary composition is located. The packet of rings has axial longitudinal channel with fields and grooves. In the core channel additional bullets are successively located. The additional bullets have grooves at the butt-ends in which head parts of adjacent bullets are placed. The last additional bullet leans on the sleeve and in its hollow an ejection charge is located. The head part of the first additional bullet is provided with fragile ballistic tip. Back-up cones are carried-out in the lower part of rings on the surface of the longitudinal channel. The front and side surfaces “а” rings are fulfilled with an aerodynamic profile and leaden jackets are piled up on the side surfaces of the rings. Adjacent profiles of rings form ring grooves connected by radial grooves with core channel at that the front part of the case mouth and covering are pressed out into one of the grooves. The additional bullet has a steel core and a leaden jacket.
EFFECT: allows to increase efficiency of firing at infantry from large distances and of armor-piercing.
