FIELD: food industry, fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with mixing cacao husk, peanut peel and rye bran taken at equal quantities followed by reducing the mixture obtained up to particles size being 1.0-1.8 mm. Then the mixture obtained should be supplemented with gluten-containing waste product of starch-syrup production at the quantity of 60-62% against the weight of the above-mentioned mixture of cacao husk, peanut peel and rye bran and a certain enzymatic preparation at the quantity of 0.5-0.7% against the weight of the mixture of cacao husk, peanut peel and rye bran. Then the obtained semi-finished product should be kept for 2-2.5 h and dried up to 12-13% moisture content at temperature of drying agent being 100-110 C. The present innovation enables to obtain fodder of high nutritive value, increase digestibility of nutrients, simplify the process of fodder manufacturing that leads to cheaper ready-to-use product.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
