FIELD: transport engineering; hydraulic brake systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed brake master cylinder contains housing with at least one piston arranged in inner channel. Piston forms liquid feed chamber with walls of channels after its belt, and compression chamber before belt from side of nose part. Periphery valve of piston contains seal spring-loaded relative to nose part of piston to dividing ring inside which piston belt is found. Central valve is arranged in nose part of piston. With valve closed, size of projecting part of its rod getting into longitudinal slot of piston to thrust against pin of housing located in slot exceeds value determined by difference of width of dividing ring and width of piston belt which are made for interacting through conical surfaces whose imaginary vertices are located on axis of rotation of piston and coincide when periphery valve is closed.
EFFECT: increased service life, improved operating characteristics, possibility of operation of brake master cylinder in different electronic and hydraulic control systems of automobile.
