FIELD: mechanical engineering; brake systems with boosters.
SUBSTANCE: proposed brake device contain brake master cylinder, master piston, control rod coupled with brake pedal, brake booster coupled with control rod and emergency brake valve. Emergency brake valve contains piston transmitting reaction force which accommodates amplification factor regulator with head located in space between piston transmitting reaction force and bushing. Bushing is installed in front part of central hole of master piston and is provided with central hole in which quick-acting piston moves. Rear end of quick-acting piston forms, together with head of amplification factor regulator, a valve which, overcoming resistance of spring, close hole of quick-acting at input. Brake device contains arrangement which, after smooth application of brake and removal of force from brake pedal, prevents sharp displacement of piston transmitting reaction force in opposite direction.
EFFECT: reduced noise appearing in booster at releasing of brake pedal, reduced cost of construction.
