FIELD: production of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of production of building materials, in particular, to production of dry mixes for preparation of building mortars used in a laying of wall stones, bricks or concrete blocks, and also for walls plastering. The technical result is a decreased average density, an increased water-holding capacity, a mortar mix placeability, and also a possibility to produce industrially a finished product. The dry mix for the light mortar consists of a Portland cement, a quartz sand, a bellied lightweight filler and a surfactant. In the capacity of the bellied lightweight filler the dry mix contains belied perlite of a less than 5 mm faction, in the capacity of the surfactant it includes two components - a lignosulphonate plastifier and an air-entraining agent sulfonol and additionally - hydrated lime, at the following components ratio(in mass shares): Portland cement - 1.0 - 1.2, quartz sand - 0.5 - 2.0, the indicated lightweight filler - 0.1 - 0.5, the indicated plastifier - 0.01-0.025, hydrated lime - 0.1 - 0.25, the indicated air-entraining agent - 0.015 - 0.04.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a decreased average density, an increased water-holding capacity, a mortar mix placeability, and also a possibility to produce industrially a finished product.
