FIELD: materials of ballistic staunch cloth used in fabric armorelements in armorjackets, armorsuits and armorhelmets.

SUBSTANCE: declared fabric armorelements has a frontal, rear and many intermediate layers. Each intermediate layer is fulfilled solid and has a set of fabric fragments of different form so that a set of fragments of one layer is different from a joining set of fragments. Out of sets of all layers three-cornered fragments, very narrow fragments with the width less than 20 mm and fragments with angles in apex less than 30° are excluded as unfit Layers are fastened together with glue combination, sewed-in threads and with the help of fixing elements. Indicated layers are fulfilled from material produced according to the scrappy principle. Fragments of ballistic staunch cloth in material are stacked overlapped in material in relation to each other and fastened to each other with sutures from thin threads.

EFFECT: decreasing of man-hours for making at preservation of protecting characteristics.
