FIELD: measuring steady or quasi-steady pressure of a fluid.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises capacitive sensor, matching charge amplifier, normalizing voltage amplifier, and dampers. The device is protected against vibration of the study object and is assembled with the use of a viscous glue which is applied on the surfaces to be glued to provide a 1-1.5 μ layer. The final solidification is performed at 160-170°C for 40-50 min.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
