FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to measurement equipment and may be used for measurement of sound pressure in aviation equipment, machine building, in any branch of economy. Measuring condenser microphone (MCM) consists of packet of capacitance sensitive elements (CSE). CSE consists membrane, response backward electrode, which is isolated from screen with dielectric film. Between screen and back electrode ring made of dielectric is installed. Cavity behind membrane is connected with volume of capsule with support openings. Assembled packet is adhered with glue with rigid disk in local points. Membrane, screen, casing, rigid disk made of metal, on which CSE is rested, and symmetrical protective mesh are connected between each other. Signal is read from backward electrode via single-terminal slot. Packet of CSE is formed, layers are fixed with glue between each other, kept under pressure of 30-35 kg/cm2 at 160-170°C and duration of keeping of 50-60 min. MCM is kept under effect of temperature of 170-200°C for several tens of minutes. Sound pressure is set that exceeds nominal one 1.2-1.5 times. MCM is intended for measurement of sound pressure and meets established requirements.

EFFECT: reduction of microphone prime cost at the account of simplification of design and assembly technology.
