FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a sensor with a capacitance sensitive element with capacitor armatures and screens, a charge amplifier consisting of an operating amplifier, a resistor and a feedback capacitor, a polarisation source, two resistors, two capacitors, and an external screen for the charge amplifier. Upper armature of capacitance sensitive element of the sensor is connected through the cable screen to positive pole of charge amplifier and negative pole of polarisation source, lower armature is connected through cable core and the first capacitor to negative pole of charge amplifier. Both resistors and the second capacitor are connected at one point, the first resistor is connected to positive pole of polarisation source, the second resistor is connected to cable core, the first capacitor and lower armature of capacitance sensitive element of the sensor, negative pole of polarisation source is connected to external screen and local earthing. Besides, resistor and feedback capacitor are connected to each other through the first capacitor. In addition, the device includes a conditioning voltage amplifier, memory and calculation units, an adder, a functional generator, an information presentation and control unit, and two switches.
