FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measurement equipment and can be used for sound pressure measurement in aircraft equipment, ships and submarines, etc, as well as for detection of pipeline heat carrier leakages. Sound pressure measurement device includes combined covering consisting of n diaphragms and mating coverings with outputs, two-sided foil-coated dielectric sheet, support holes through which internal cavities of diaphragms are connected to atmosphere. In addition, device includes housing with protection grid, mating rear cover with support hole, deflector, connectors, charge amplifiers, electronic processing unit. Outputs of mating coverings are connected to indicator input through charge amplifiers, connectors and electronic processing unit. Assembled packet containing the combined covering comprised of a solid piece of corrosion-resistant metal film and consisting of n diaphragms and mating coverings and dielectric sheet is fixed with low-viscous elastic compound and located inside deflector which is bolted to the housing. Internal electric connections between mating coverings, charge amplifiers and electronic processing device are made by means of anti-vibration cable. Sealing of connectors and attachments of wires to surface of foil-coated dielectric sheet is performed with low-viscous elastic compound; at that, ratio of diaphragm diametre D to mating covering diametre D1 is and ratio of metal film thickness t to diaphragm thickness δ is
