FIELD: vacuum cleaners.
SUBSTANCE: dust catcher can be used in vacuum cleaners for automatic dust removal out of filter. Dust catcher is made for communication with air intake and release channels available in vacuum cleaner. Dust catcher is used for removing dust and particles of dirt out of air sucked in through suck-in brush and through air intake channel; dust and dirt particles are removed out of air due to centrifugal force. Dust catcher has cyclone catcher case, which has channel for air intake and channel for air release corresponding to channel for air intake and channel for air release. Cyclone catcher is fixed at top part of dust collection chamber. Dirt collection reservoir is disposed for removal of cyclone catcher from lower side of case of cyclone catcher and is intended for catching dust and particles of dirt separated in case of cyclone catcher due to centrifugal force. Filtering unit is disposed at lower part of case of cyclone catcher. Filtering unit has rotation filter driven into rotation by airflow passing from reservoir for dirt collection to channel for air release. Rotation filter prevents pass of particles of dirt backwards. Dust catcher has dust-removing member intended for automatic dust removal from rotation filter; the member is disposed at an angle to direction of rotation of rotation filter. One end of dust removing member is fixed onto outer side of filtering unit, the other end of the member gas brush to be in contact with outer surface of rotation filter when it is driven into rotation.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation.
