FIELD: medical engineering, particularly, devices designed for carrying out of cryosurgical operations in clinical and ambulant practice by destruction of pathologically changed structures with help of local freezing. SUBSTANCE: cryosurgical instrument consists of coaxial main lines of supply and discharge of coolant which are encased in external shell, and working head on distal end. Discharge main line is collated between wire spirals enclosed in layers of heat insulation. Electrical heater is located between outer shell from flexible polymer and wire spiral of discharge main line fixed to mounting bushings. Spiral of main line supplying coolant is secured in branch pipes of mounting bushings. EFFECT: higher freedom of maneuverability with cryosurgical instrument in operation zone of complicated profile, reduced injury of adjacent tissues in cryogenic operations. 5 cl, 1 dwg
