FIELD: disintegrating by mills.

SUBSTANCE: rotor crusher comprises housing, crushing chamber, rotor with beaters, and bar screen mounted on the housing by way of a horizontal pivoting unit and spring-loaded to the housing. The bars of the screen are made of double-arm levers and mounted independently of each other. The bars are spring-loaded by S-shaped springs. The one end of the spring is secured to the free end of the bar. When the bar is in rotation, the second free end of the spring is mounted for permitting cooperation with the horizontal shelf provided in the detachable cantilever. The pivoting unit is made of an unmovable axle. The bars are provided with recesses for permitting their interaction with the axle and bearing on it from above. The arm of the lever from the side of the spring is rectangular in cross-section and is mounted for permitting cooperation with the bottom edge of the bar in its operation position. The remainder section is trapezoidal . The detachable lockers are positioned at the axis between the bars for permitting cooperation with them.
