FIELD: the invention refers to impact action crushers namely to rotor crushers and may be used for production of crushed stone.
SUBSTANCE: the crusher has a body with a rotor with percussive elements located in it, a fire-grate fixed on the body under the rotor and spring-loaded to the body. The fire-bars are oriented in parallel to the axle of the rotor and each of them is provided with two suspensions which pivotally fastened on the body. The flat springs are cantileveredly located between the suspensions of the adjacent fire-bars with possibility of interaction. The fire-bars in lateral section are fulfilled in the shape of anisopleural trapezes whose sides are oriented normally to the inner surface of the fire-grate from the side of the running on of the percussive elements of the rotor. There are various variants of constructive fulfillment of the crusher.
EFFECT: increases efficiency of crushing rock mass and effectiveness of the rotor crusher.
