FIELD: manufacture of heat exchangers, namely plate-rib type heat exchangers.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of assembling pack of members forming heat exchange ducts; placing pack in chamber and evacuating it; filling chamber with inert gas while creating pressure lower than atmospheric one; heating pack up to soldering temperature due to organizing inert gas circulation through heater and heat exchange ducts; performing heating by means of aerodynamic heater; separating outlet flow of inert gas at by two flows; directing one flow into chamber; with use of second flow creating pressure drop on opposite ends of heat exchange ducts for providing circulation of inert gas in said ducts. Second flow is fed directly into heat exchange ducts or it is used as working flow of gas ejector whose mixing chamber is communicated with one end of heat exchange ducts. Pressure drop on ends of heat exchange ducts is determined according to given relation.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, improved quality of soldered joints of members of heat exchanger packs due to organization of effective gas circulation.
