FIELD: railway transport; signaling and communication.
SUBSTANCE: U-shaped carrying structure is installed over track in which four video cameras are mounted to receive pictures of car roof, left-hand and right-hand sides and to check condition of seals of tank hatch covers, nine optoelectronic sensors to check car loading gauge, optoelectronic car counter, optoelectronic wheelset counter, optoelectronic train head sensor, and searchlights. Output of sensors are coupled with inputs of indication and matching unit connected by control input to output of personal computer of automated operator's position. Output of indication and matching unit is coupled with computer input to output of which monitor is connected. Car loading gauge sensors are installed on carrying structure to check borders of combined zonal loading gauge and train loading gauge. Outputs of all video cameras are coupled with video inputs of computer. Indication and matching unit is made for self-contained operation.
EFFECT: provision of prompt checking of commercial defects affecting safety of traffic and carried loads.
