FIELD: aerostatics and refers to building of aerostatics apparatus lighter than air.
SUBSTANCE: the structure of a balloon's hull of changing volume has a covering thick with bearing gas and tubular soft elements thick with bearing gas under pressure which are located along the contour of a transversal cross section of the covering. Three or more tubular elements form spars setting the hull's shape. The ends of the spars are pivotally connected inside the hull with a tightening of adjusted length. The covering between adjacent spars is outlined along the surface with Gauss negative curvature. The pressure of the bearing gas inside the hull is lower than external atmospheric pressure, at that changing of the hull's volume is made with adjusting the length of the tightening.
EFFECT: provides possibility of controlling the lifting of the balloon without loss of bearing gas and ballast.
