FIELD: organic chemistry, in particular polymers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new method for production of vic-dichlorofluoroanhydride useful as intermediate of starting monomer for fluorinated polymers with good yield from available raw material. Claimed method includes fluorination of starting material (I): (R^H1-E^H1-)CR^H2R^H3CH₂-0COR^HB in liquid phase to form compound of formula (II): (CF₂ClCFCl-E^F1-)CR^F2R^F3CF₂-OCOR^FB; ester bond splitting of formula (II) in gaseous phase under solvent absence to form compound of formula (III): (CF₂ClCFCl-E^F1-)CR^F2R^F3COF or compound of formula (III) and compound of formula (IV): FCOR^FB, wherein R^H1 is CX¹X²ClCX³Cl- or CClX⁴=CCl, wherein each X¹-X⁴ independently is hydrogen; R^H2 and R^H3 independently are hydrogen or linear or branched alkyl, optionally substituted with one or more oxygen; E^H1 is alkylene, optionally substituted with one or more oxygen; E^F1 = E^H1 wherein perfluoroalkylene group is optionally substituted with one or more oxygen; R^HB = R^FB and are linear or branched perfluoroalkyl group, optionally substituted with chlorine one or more oxygen; R^F2 is fluorinated R^H2; R^F3 is fluorinated R^H3; with the proviso, that R^F2 is fluorinated R^H2; R^F3 is fluorinated R^H3, i.e. R^F2 and R^F3 represent R^H2 or R^H3 with at least one fluorinated hydrogen. Also disclosed are new compounds, represented in claims of invention.
