SUBSTANCE: claimed vodka contains (in 1000 dal of finished product): glucose 5.5-6.5 kg, aromatic cranberry alcohol 49.5-50.5 l, aqueous-alcohol cowberry leave infusion of the first draw-off 0.5-1.5 l and balance: rectified ethanol and corrected drink water to produce alcohol strength of 40 %. Present invention makes it possible to reduce cost of product due to utilizing inexpensive raw materials.
EFFECT: product with good taste and acceptable cranberry-sea buckthorn bouquet.
