SUBSTANCE: claimed vodka contains (in 1000 dal of finished product): sodium hydrocarbonate 0.09-0.5 kg; succinic acid 0.08-0.4 kg; water/alcohol infusion of the first discharge, obtained by drawing of 0.4-0.6 kg of maize cereal with 45 % water/alcohol solution, 3.2-4.8 l; 65.8 % sugar syrup 11.0-12.0, and balance: rectified ethanol and corrected drink water to produce alcohol strength of 40 %.
EFFECT: vodka with improved organoleptic properties, decreased toxicity and increased content of bioactive substances.
