SUBSTANCE: vodka includes the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: Laktorin complex food supplement - 2.9-3.1 kg, aromatic alcohol of Borodinsky bread crouton obtained from 11.0-13.0 kg of the crouton - 47.5-48,0 l, aromatic anise alcohol obtained from 0.25-0.35 kg of anise seed - 1.45-1.55 l, 65.8% sugar juice - 9.0-9.5 l, water alcohol liquid mix with "Lux" alcohol - the rest at 40% alcohol content in the blend. Taste grade is 9.62.
EFFECT: extension of low-toxicity vodka range and production of vodka with bread scent, nut aftertaste and fine sherry off-flavour.
