FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry, particularly, special vodka "DVORAYNSKOYE SOBRANIYE". SUBSTANCE: special vodka has the following ratio of components, kg/1000 dal: sugar, 18-20; and also, l: alcoholic solution (1:100) of juniper berry oil, 0.1-0.3; alcoholic solution (1:100) of vanillin, 0.1-0.3; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of bilberry leaf of Ist discharging, 1-2; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water, the balance. The invention gives vodka high biological activity with minimum of ingredients and cranberry-vanilla tone; and vodka is stable at storage due to natural conserving agents.
