FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka "Trio" contains the following components, kg per 1 000 dal of ready product: glucose, 4.0-6.0; lactose, 0.3-0.7, and also, l: lovage flower heads and roots aqueous-alcoholic infusion in the ratio 1:4, 0.5-2.5; 65.8% sugar syrup, 10.5-12.5; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Invention provides preparing vodka with higher organoleptic indices, expanding assortment of vodkas due to aggregate of features given in the invention claim and conferring to vodka the more mild and complete taste, licorice roots after taste and barely detected parsnip aroma on the background of vodka aroma.
EFFECT: improved quality of vodka.
