FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes determining space distribution of temperature along walls of furnace screens, and also profile of concentration of reagents and reaction products, to decrease intensiveness of drossing of screen surfaces of burning temperatures are set on basis of recalculation formulae, allowing to determine position of torch in furnace and dross level of screens. Through adjustment of fuel feed, air feed and additional fuel feed torch is centered to provide maximal filling of furnace volume without touching of furnace walls, while fuel burning is performed with maximal thermal coal content for it, excluding drawing of torch to upper portion of burning chamber, to provide for decreased drossing of heated surfaces, placed at furnace output. To provide for maximal processing of main fuel into thermal coal temperature of coal processing is increased by feeding hot gases from burning chamber through additional gas line with gate and rarefaction of gas ballast from burning device is increased in gas line for removing gas ballast from burning device by connecting burning device through draining burner to gas-inlet port, connected to gas-inlet shaft.
EFFECT: higher precision and optimized burning process.
