SUBSTANCE: during this method, when all burning blocks are operational, the fuel-air mixture is release through burner 2 in furnace 1. In this case the mixture discharge in the burners becomes equal. When burner 2 is switched off in one of the corners of furnace 1, the fuel-air mixture discharge in the working burners is determined using the relationship: Bi=0.517*0.796iB, Bi - the fuel-mixture discharge released to the 1st working burner block; i - the number of the burning block, counting from the switched off burner in the direction of the gas direction; B - overall fuel-air mixture discharge supplied to the furnace.
EFFECT: increasing combustion quality and operational reliability; exclusion of slugging of heating surfaces when burner blocks are switched off.
