SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out clinical instrumental examination, studying anamnesis data with risk factors and burdened heredity strains being taken in consideration, examining blood for lipid peroxidation, antioxidants, determining stable nitrogen oxide metabolites in blood plasma (SMNO). When studying lipid peroxidation, lipid peroxidation intensity is to be determined. When studying antioxidants, total antioxidant plasma activity is determined. SMNO concentration being below 16mcmole/dl and lipid peroxidation intensity ratio with respect to antioxidant plasma activity being equal to 22 and higher, arterial hypertension diagnosis is to be set.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
