FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method deals with venous blood sampling, thrombocytic membranes obtaining to extract lipids followed by their analysis. In thrombocytic membranes one should determine the content of malonic dialdehyde (MDA), intracellular calcium (Ca++), then one should calculate diagnostic coefficient (DC) by the following formula: DC = 0.001 x MDA + 0.05 x Ca++-5,6, where MDA - the level of malonic dialdehyde in thrombocytic membranes nM/106 cells. Ca++ - intercellular calcium of thrombocytes nM/106 cells. In hypertonic patients one should observe DC>0, for healthy patients with transistor AP increase - DC<0.
