FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a method for diagnosing endothelial dysfunction in metabolic disorders in patients with ischemic heart disease of the second functional class, including total blood cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triacylglycerides, wherein before determining blood total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triacylglycerides, measuring arterial pressure, lipid peroxidation intensity, malondialdehyde concentration, antioxidant system activity, content of total metabolites of nitrogen oxide, and if peroxide lipid peroxidation intensity is 1.8 times less, malone dialdehyde concentration is 1.6 times higher, antioxidant system is 1.9 times less than normal, total content of nitrogen oxide metabolites is 1.7 times higher, hypertension, presence of endothelial dysfunction in metabolic disorders in patients with ischemic heart disease of the second functional class. Group of inventions also relates to a method of treating endothelial dysfunction in metabolic disorders in patients with ischemic heart disease of the second functional class, involving use of a drug preparation which lowers cholesterol level in blood, where the medicinal agent used is a combination of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor - atorvastatin and an antioxidant of endogenous origin of coenzyme Q10.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides recovery of cardiac activity, normalization of blood pressure and reduced frequency of anginous attacks.
