SUBSTANCE: method involves determining vasomotor function of endothelium and ET-1 level. The ET-1 value being equal to18.88±2.14 pkmole/l, endothelium of dependent vasodilation being equal to 4.67±1.96%, endothelium of independent vasodilation being equal to 11.7±0.99% for patients younger than 60 years and ET-1 equal to 5.9±1.30 pkmole/l, endothelium of dependent vasodilation being equal to 7.15±0.88%, endothelium of independent vasodilation being equal to 9.04±1.31% for patients elder than 60 years, cardiac ischemia disease development is predicted to occur.

EFFECT: high reliability of prognosis.
