FIELD: computer science.

SUBSTANCE: all links between elements of principal schematic of complicated technological structure are separated on basic and reserve and arbitrary combination of damages of complicated technological structure elements is set. Value of emergency level of state of links between complicated technological structure elements is determined. In case of inequality of said coefficient to zero value operation of complicated technological structure is restored by replacing damaged links by reserve links via active actions of operator. Value of operation restoration coefficient for complicated technological structure is determined and prognosis of change of state of altered complicated technological structure is produced. System provides for receiving operative data by operator about actions restoring operations of complicated technological structure, based on use of present reserve of inner capabilities of complicated technological structure producing prognosis of complicated technological structure state and recommendations concerning improvement s in system operation.
