FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves giving 25° inclination to operation table edge located opposite to hernia and 15° inclination to head part relative to horizontal plane. The first trocar is introduced into umbilical region. The second one is introduced into abdominal cavity on the same side with the hernia through a point located at the level of umbilicus and in the middle of distance between the anteroaxillary line and line drawn over the middle point of inguinal ligament. The third one is introduced into abdominal cavity on the opposite side relative to the hernia through a point located on the boundary of external 2/3 and internal 1/3 line connecting upper anterior spine of the iliac bone and umbilicus. Endovideosurgical hernioplasty is carried out.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; increased surgical action angle; avoided negative effects of deep Trendelenburg position.
