FIELD: mechanical engineering; load-lifting and transportation facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed gantry crane contain carrying bridge and supports connected with bridge and fastened by braces. Each support consists of two parts interconnected by flanges and hinge with axle arranged parallel to plane of flanges. Carrying bridge is connected with upper parts of supports by means of axles. Axles of hinge connecting two parts of each support is arranged square to direction of crane movement, and lower part of each support is connected similar to its connection with upper part with brace. Each brace consists of two parts interconnected by cover plates and bolt joints. Washers for mounting axles of connection with carrying bridge are fixed on upper parts of supports. Crane is furnished with upper beams connected with upper parts of supports. Both parts of each braces, upper beams and lower parts of supports, being box-shaped, can be provided with partitions made of sheets to compensate for twisting of said parts.
EFFECT: reduced labor input at mounting, improved reliability of crane in operation.
