FIELD: engine manufacturing; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed nozzle for diesel engine contains hollow body with fuel feed channel, spray tip, needle valve arranged in spray tip body and loading unit consisting of steel spring and pressure spindle. Cylindrical space is made in needle valve which accommodates coaxially arranged rod interacting with pressure spindle at one side, and with needle valve body at other side. Cylinder made of elastomer is coaxially arranged between rod and body of needle valve, cylinder being rigidly connected with side surface of rod and inner side surface of needle valve body. Clearance is left between bottom of cylindrical space of needle valve and end face surface of rod under no load.
EFFECT: optimization of injection process and damping of impact loads between shutoff cone of needle valve and nozzle spray tip body.
