FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines; fuel systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed nozzle has hollow body with fuel feed channel, hollow spray tip with atomizing orifice, spring- loaded shutoff needle placed in spray tip space with ring clearance between needle cylindrical guide part and spray tip inner surface, and sealing element made of elastomer. Nozzle has pressure spindle coaxially installed in nozzle body with radial clearance. Elastomer sealing element is installed in radial clearance and is rigidly coupled with outer side surface of pressure spindle and with inner surface of nozzle body. Clearance forming tight fuel space is made between lower end face surface of sealing element and upper end face surface of spray tip needle. Shutoff needle is spring-loaded through pressure spindle. EFFECT: improved reliability and increased service life of nozzles, enhanced stability of adjustment and simplified design of fuel feed system. 1 dwg
