FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: nozzle for diesel engine contains hollow body with fuel feed channel, spray tip, needle valve arranged in spray tip body, spacer arranged between nozzle body and spray tip and loading unit consisting of steel coil spring and pressure spindle. Pressure spindle consists of support cup mating with steel coil spring of body mating with shank of spray tip needle valve. Steel disk Belleville spring is arranged between support cup body of pressure spindle, set of spring being limited by stop of support cup.
EFFECT: optimization of fuel injection, reduced impact loads in spray tip lock part.
