FIELD: compression and delivery of gases and gas-and-liquid mixtures at drilling, completion and operation of gas and oil wells.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes reciprocating supercharger provided with crank drive, compression chamber at sectional area varying in height provided with inlet gas valve and delivery valve and collector for delivery of gas and discharge of medium being delivered. Delivery and inlet gas valves are made in form of single valve unit. Inlet gas valve is mounted inside delivery valve in center of said valve unit; inlet valve collector is made in form of guide for delivery valve. Delivery valve is made in form of plate having shape of torus with double-sided seal and seat with two taper surfaces located over periphery of valve unit. Compression chamber is cylindrical in shape and is provided with detachable insert having profiled outer surface aligned with kinematics of supercharger drive. Insert is mounted as close as possible to inlet gas valve in vertical position. Insert has flat upper surface whose area exceeds area of gas inlet valve seat; insert is provided with vertical fins.
EFFECT: enhanced stabilization of hydraulic seal; facilitated maintenance and repair of device.
